RTT Construction was named after Thato Mokhothu’s children, Refilwe, Tshiamo and Tshego. Mokhothu started the Bloemfontein-based business after she realised how difficult it was for homeowners to find reliable builders. RTT specialises in general building and civil work in four provinces – Free State, Gauteng, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape. The business now employs over 50 people and aims to break barriers for women in the construction sector.
